  2. Track Your Package

    • Click the tracking link in your email, or copy and paste the tracking number into the tracking tool on our website or the carrier’s official website.

  3. Understanding the Status

    • Processed: Your order is being prepared for shipment.

    • Shipped: Your order is on its way. The tracking page will show updates such as "In Transit," "Out for Delivery," or "Delivered."

    • If the status hasn’t updated for a few days, don’t worry—international shipments may experience brief delays in scan updates, especially during customs processing.

What if my tracking isn’t updating?
